A Uganda Guide to Three Christmas Destinations

When it comes to Christmas in Uganda, choice is the only problem. There are multiple options to explore during these holidays, and cultural experiences stand tall.

Ndere Cultural Experience

For years, the Ndere cultural center on the outskirts of Uganda’s capital in Ntinda, Kisaasi Road, has served as a preview of Uganda’s culture, known for its artistic cultural representation of Uganda’s 52 tribes. Ndere was founded in 1986, during a difficult period in Uganda’s history, when the northern part of the country was ravaged by insurgency.

My time there was memorable, with a stellar restaurant and art exhibition to soothe my experience.
